STEP 3:Lower Arch PicTip your head down open big and take a pic of your bottom teeth.  STEP 4:Right Bite PicBite down on your regular bite with back teeth touching. Pull back your right cheek as far as you can by using spoons or two fingers. Snap a pic looking directly at the right side of your mouth.  STEP 5:Left Bite PicBite down on your regular bite with back teeth touching. Pull back your left cheek as far as you can by using spoons or two fingers.
